Plaisir consciously transforms any “real story” that justifies her narrative into a sensitive, beautiful, and ambitious work. This reversibility allows her to show the purpose of the struggle through metaphors and objects: an egalitarian and even utopian mode without prejudice, discrimination and acts of domination. Each object created in porcelain, bronze, paper, and fabrics, becomes a criticism of prejudice, replacing violent moments with the most overwhelming beauty possible. Her visual approach mixes up different mediums she recombines as sensitives production tools.
